Question 1: Does this cost me anything ?

Using Go2Activity doesn't cost anything for parents – there are no account fees and you only pay for the activities for which you sign up.

Question 2: Will my information be shared with anyone without my permission ?

We will never share your information without your explicit consent. We take the privacy of our users seriously.

Question 3: How do I sign up as a new user ?

Go2Activity lets you register your family members for activities in your area. Just create an account to get started.

To create a user account:

  • Click in the upper right of the Go2Activity Homepage (“Login for User”).
  • Sign in with your favorite social media login or fill in the blanks to create an account.
  • You will know you are signed in if you see your name in the top right of the screen.

Question 4: How do I register for an activity ?

Go2Activity makes it easy to register your family members for activities.

To register for an activity:

  • Search for an activity you would like to register for
  • Click on the activity name in the list provided
  • Find the preferred schedule and click “Book Now”
  • Complete payment form
Question 5: How do I reset my password ?

If you need to reset your password for your regular security update, or if you are unable to access your account you can take the steps below:

To reset your password:

  • Click the top right of the Go2Activity homepage
  • Enter the email address you used when setting up your Go2Activity account and click “Reset Password”
  • Check your email inbox, and follow the steps provided in the email

Note: If you don’t see the Reset Password email arrive after a few minutes, check your Spam folder to see if the email was delivered there.

Question 6: How do I add a family member or edit one ?

Add Family Members to enroll in activities. Fill out all of the important information once, and enroll in activities without worrying about reentering information.

To add a new family member:

  • Sign into your Go2Activity account
  • Click on the “Dashboard” link in the top right
  • Click “Add Family Members” and fill out all of the requested information

To edit the information of a family member:

  • Sign into your Go2Activity account
  • Click on “Dashboard” in the top right of the home screen
  • Navigate to “My Family Members”
  • Click to the right of the family member
  • Enter the updated information
  • Click to save

Question 7: How do I search with more detail?

Go2Activity searches in your current area, so you see the activities that are close to you. Use the search bar or click on “View all activity” to get started. After your first search you have the option to filter by even more options.

Filters allow you to change the search results. Use a specific filter to narrow down your preferred results.

Question 8: How secure are purchases in Go2Activity?

Go2Activity's website uses SSL and is encrypted, keeping all transactions secure when processing them on our site.Credit cards are stored by PayPal. We only have a secure token to be able to charge the card again, so we cannot see the actual credit card number.

Question 9: How do I leave a review?

We make it easy for you to leave reviews activities you liked!

To leave a review:

1. Find the Business Page you would like to review

2. Click write a review, and sign into Go2Activity if you haven’t already

3. Select the amount of stars, and write the reviews

4. Click “submit” to complete the review

Question 10: When I write a review, will other people be able to see my name (or my kids' names)?

The only thing that will show is your first name and first initial of your last name, and the date of your review. Please make sure that your review meets our review guidelines.

Question 11: I love what you are doing, how can I get involved?

Spread the word! Tell your friends about us! Tell us what you think. And lastly, if you know of a great class or camp that isn't listed, email us!

Question 12: Why should I be listed on this site?

Parents visit Go2Activity to find classes based on their search criteria. You should be on our site, so that they'll consider enrolling in the activities you offer. When parents find you on our site, they can book an activity through us, link to your site or contact you for more information.

Question 13: How will this help me grow my business?

Our vision is to the leading online portal for kids’ activities. Being on our site will help improve your SEO results because the algorithms of leading search providers will consider the links to your website.If you don't have a website, you can treat your listing on our site as a website, and you can add photos, schedules and much more.

Question 14: Who keeps my schedules up to date?

You do! You know your schedules better than anyone else. By owning and keeping your schedules up-to-date, you will be the most relevant to parents and help improve conversion of users who visit your page. We promote activities regularly, so it’s in your best interest to make sure your listingsare up to date.

Question 15: Does it cost me anything?

Our basic listing is free but we take a small free for activities booked through our site. We also offer additional pay-as-you go services to highlight your business in our blogs, email newsletters, social media and other channels and increase the visibility of your business. Question 16: How do I create a listing?

Go2Activity makes it easy for parents to find your business and register for your camps and classes.

To create a new listing:

  • Go to the Go2Activity home page
  • Click “List your Business”
  • Fill out the requested information for your Business Profile
  • Click and you are done
  • Click Here to get started

Question 17: How do I create an Activity and Schedules?

Go2Activity lets parents find your camps and classes online. If you haven’t yet created your free listing read the FAQs above.

Activity:

An activity is a Class that parents can sign up for. Create a new activity for each unique service you offer.

Schedule:

A schedule is the date and times for an activity. You can have as many schedules you would like for each activity

To create a new Activity:

  • Sign into your Go2Activity account
  • Click on “Dashboard”
  • Click on “Program Listings”
  • Enter the activity information
  • Click “Save Changes”

To edit an activity:

  • Sign into your Go2Activity account
  • Click on “Dashboard”
  • Click on “Program Listings”
  • Select the activity to change and click on “Edit”
  • Make the desired changes and Click “Save Changes”

To add a new schedule for an activity:

  • Sign into your Go2Activity account
  • Click on “Dashboard”
  • Click on “Program Schedule”
  • Enter the schedule information and select the activity from dropdown to associate the schedule with a specific activity
  • Make the desired changes and Click “Save Changes”

Question 18: How do I add different categories to an activity?

When creating an activity, add categories to your listings to make them show up in as many searches as possible. When first creating a listing you are askedto select a single activity category. This category can be one of 9 - sports, music, art etc. Don't limit yourself to just one. Add as many as apply to show up in more searches:

Question 19: How do I add a Photo or Logo for my business?

Having great photos can go a long way in increasing registrations for your business, and appear prominently in the search results. Parents like to get a glimpse of what their children are going to participate in and it’s a great way to showcase your business. Select the photo you want to upload (File size must be larger than 35K and smaller than 4MB)Note: The ideal photo size is 700 x 470 pixels.You may see blank spaces around the photo if your photo doesn’t meet these specifications.

To add a Logo &photo to your profile:

  • Sign into your Go2Activity account
  • Click on “Dashboard”
  • Click on “Photos & Logo”
  • Select your logo and up to 3 photos

Your business profile is usually the first impression for a parent, and the place they will go to find out more about you. It’s important to fill out each section completely to have the best probability of:

Question 21: What are Analytics & How do I know if parents are visiting my Go2Activity page?

Go2Activity gives you access to powerful data about your pages and site activity. You can view how many people visit your page on our site, find out how many peopleare visiting your website through Go2Activity, and quickly look at how many emails you’ve received from parents on Go2Activity.

To view your Analytics:

  • Sign into your Go2Activity account
  • Click on “Dashboard”
  • Click on “Analytics” to view details

Question 22: How do I show higher on Go2Activity search results?

One of the best ways to get registrations on Go2Activity is be elevated in parent’s searches. Here are some tips to achieve that:

Schedules:

Go2Activity searches show current or future schedules. Make sure that your schedules are up to date, so parents are finding them.

Location:

Go2Activity makes it easy for parents to find activities in their area, so only activities in a radius round them will show. If you have activities in different locations, don’t forget to add those new locations, so parents find you.

Reviews:

Parent reviews help push listings to the top of search results. A listing with reviews will show up above a listing without reviews. If you know of parents that would happily recommend your camp, have them fill out a review on your page on Go2Activity.

Question 23: What can I do about reviews?

Go2Activity gives your parents the power to rate and review your business. Reviews need to be as per Go2Activity Reviews Guidelines to be eligible for inclusion on the site.

Question 24: How do I get parents to write more reviews for me?

Provide great service! Ask for feedback at every opportunity.

Question 25: What if I get a negative review?

A negative review is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate commitment to customer service and address underlying issues. We recommend always replying to a negative review. It's also a good reminder that you should be asking all your customers for feedback and we expect positive reviews for your business will far outnumber the negative ones!

Question 26: Will you take down a review for me?

All reviews on Go2Activity must adhere to our review guidelines. If the review meets our guidelines, it stays.
